Everything Your Fieldwork Journey Needs in One Place

Fieldwork is more than a running hour count. Accrue keeps the hours, the supervision behind them, and the documentation that supports them in the same place.

Fieldwork hours in one place

Record fieldwork activity as it happens and keep every entry in a single organized record instead of scattered spreadsheets.

Restricted and unrestricted, separated

Each entry is classified so restricted and unrestricted activity stay clearly distinguished as your hours build up.

Real supervisor-trainee connections

Supervision runs through an explicit relationship both people accept in the app, not an email thread.

Supervision documentation together

Supervision records and their supporting documentation stay attached to the fieldwork they belong to.

Signing built in

Applicable supervision and fieldwork records are signed inside Accrue by the person they belong to.

Your earlier history, retained

Supervision documentation from before Accrue can be brought in and stays clearly labeled as imported historical records.

Built for Trainees and Supervisors

Both sides of the fieldwork relationship work in the same system, each with their own view of it.

BCBA and BCaBA trainees

  • Organize your fieldwork hours in one running record
  • Keep restricted and unrestricted activity distinguished
  • Maintain supervision documentation alongside your hours
  • Connect with one or more supervisors inside the app
  • Bring earlier supervision documentation with you
  • Sign applicable records through the built-in signing workflow

BCBA supervisors

  • Maintain your supervision caseload in one list
  • Identify Fieldwork Trainees separately from RBT supervisees
  • Review the trainee records your relationship gives you access to
  • Access follows the active relationship, not the whole organization
  • Work with supervision documentation where it is recorded
  • Sign applicable records as yourself, each time

From Fieldwork Entry to Supervision Documentation

  1. 1

    Log your fieldwork

Record fieldwork activity using Accrue's fieldwork workflow, with restricted and unrestricted activity identified as you go.

  2. 2

    Stay organized

Hours, supervision, and documentation live together instead of in separate files you have to reconcile later.

  3. 3

    Work with your supervisor

Connect through an explicit supervisor-trainee relationship, and keep your supervision workflow inside the same platform.

  4. 4

    Review and sign

Use Accrue's authenticated signing workflow for applicable supervision and fieldwork records.

  5. 5

    Keep your history together

Bring previous supervision documentation into Accrue, where imported records stay visibly separate from activity recorded in Accrue.

Bring Your Existing Supervision History With You

Already tracking supervision somewhere else? You can bring your existing supervision history with you and keep past documentation alongside your future Accrue records, so switching does not mean leaving your earlier work behind.

Imported historical records stay visibly identified as imported historical records. They are kept separate from activity recorded in Accrue, and importing a record does not verify it or turn it into Accrue-recorded fieldwork — it simply keeps your documentation together in one place.

Supervision That Stays Organized

Supervision in Accrue is an explicit relationship. A supervisor invites a trainee, or a trainee requests a supervisor, and the other person accepts before the relationship becomes active. Supervisors keep their caseload in one place, and trainees can see who they are working with.

Each relationship states the type of supervision, so BCBA and BCaBA fieldwork supervision is clearly distinct from RBT supervision. More than one supervision relationship can be active at a time, which matters when a trainee works with several supervisors.

If a relationship later ends, the records created during it remain intact — the history does not disappear with the relationship.

Sign Without Chasing Paper

Applicable supervision and fieldwork records are signed inside Accrue, by the signed-in person they belong to. Each person signs as themselves — no one signs on someone else's behalf.

You can save your own signature to your account and reuse it, and you still explicitly approve every individual signing event. Each signature is recorded against the exact version of the record it was applied to.

See Your Fieldwork Progress Clearly

When hours, supervision, documentation, signatures, imported history, and supervisor relationships live in one place, you can see where you actually stand without rebuilding a spreadsheet first — how your restricted and unrestricted activity is accumulating, which supervision is documented, and what has been signed.
